We offer standard free shipping to all regions worldwide

Delivery time for items in stock:

For items that are in stock, our delivery time is approximately 3-21 business days. Once the item is ready to ship, we will contact you to arrange a convenient shipping date, as a signature is always required.

Delivery time of out-of-stock items:

For out of stock goods, the time for the goods to arrive at our warehouse is approximately 4 to 16 weeks. Once the goods are ready to ship, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date for the goods, always since a signature is required.

We offer a variety of delivery options:

– The first shipping method available is through our own shipping team. We have experience in handling stock items and this service provides a more personalized service. Your zip code location will be arranged to multiple items, the delivery date will be agreed with you, and the delivery driver will call 1 hour before arrival. The time limit for the service is one week of arrival, depending on location, from 7am to 7pm.

We have our own freight team and offer a door-to-door freight service where our drivers deliver goods to your door. This means that our freight drivers will not deliver your order to your door.

– The second way is via wooden pallets (a stair transport platform that supports the cargo in a stable manner while the forklift is lifted), which can reach next-day delivery speed. By pallet delivery, your items will be delivered to the front of the property where the arriving driver can reach the problem.

* Some of our products are shipped directly from suppliers via direct shipping. The shipping method may vary depending on the item ordered, but will ship for the team via invoice shipping, small Courier (such as FedEx/Interlink, etc.), or via its own shipping method. If you would like to confirm which shipping method to use, please call our office. *

Saturday delivery is possible, but prices will vary depending on your location. Please contact us for a quote for Saturday shipment. All small items will be sent via Courier service FedEx.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are checked before ordering to ensure that there are no access issues.

Under the terms of the Consumer Contract Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations (CCICA) 2013, all delivered products are subject to vigorous inspection.

Please refer to our terms and conditions for restoration of rights under CCICA and/or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Freight is included in the price of the product. Therefore, this means that if an item has been sent out for merchandise and the customer is absent or rejects the item at that time, the next item auction/attempt will be charged at the specific rate for that item. This also applies in cases where the customer decides they don’t like the product and would like to exchange it for another product, and the shipping charge for that particular scenario will apply to the next shipment. Examples of freight ranges for this particular scenario are as follows:

Normally, if you are a consumer, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the product is actually delivered. If the contract is a sales contract and the consumer orders multiple items in one order, but some items are delivered on different dates, the cancellation period ends within 14 days of the actual delivery of the last item.

If you wish to return the product because it is unsuitable, we kindly request that you leave the product in its original condition, unopened and unused. Unfortunately, due to health concerns, we are unable to accept open boxes.

If you decide not to pay the cancellation rights provided by CCICA, you are responsible for returning the product at your own expense. Loss or damage using a traceable and insured mailing service.

In any event, the Customer must inspect the product within 48 hours and provide a picture by email to notify Bryguerrero of any failure, damage or other non-compliance with the contract. We will arrange for the collection of damaged items or goods that do not conform to the contract, including: defective in description, unfit for purpose, inconsistent, not a sample or not a model. All collected products must be unpacked and returned to their original packaging for collection.
